Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Whilst we strive to provide as comprehensive and best services as possible. There might be cases where the service & product might no longer be required given with any certain reason or may need a certain amendment(s). We ‘Mimba’ facilitate the users to claim return, refund & cancellation policy if only the policy has not been processed with the ‘Insurer’. In order such matter arises we recommend to contact us as soon as possible in order for us to support you.
In the case of Return and Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. The buyer shall bear the cost of the receiving bank wire charges and any correspondent (intermediary) bank charges that might apply to an international wire and which are charged by its own bank.
If you change your mind before the insurance policy has been processed, just call us to cancel your order and we will process the refund according to our Return & Refund policy.
If the insurance policy has been processed with the ’Insurer’. The Return, Refund and/or Cancellation terms will be met at the sole discretion of the 'Insurer’ and you will be advised to contact the ‘insurer’ directly in such case. ‘Mimba’ will not accept any liability in such matter.
